I am very disappointed with how they handle the situation. I wanted to know exactly when I can have it, since I have nothing to use and that it's been a while now. The next weeks, their excuse was that there was still no delivery. We went back the next week and they told me, they were not able to send it yet. She told told me it would be better if we let them do it, so we did. She gave us a choice if we'd prefer to go directly to Manila or let them do the return request. An employee told me they would have it replaced in not more than 2mos, explaining they will ship it back to the suppliers in Manila. I have returned a defective apple cable charger that I bought from them late April 2017. I would like to file a complaint against the service of the Games&Gadgets shop in SM Baguio. Bought stuff here but now, I'm really disappointed with the service.
